Rosemary Cashews Built for a Rager


    Make party time, excellent. The most addicting snack on the planet.

    Ingredients:

    2 cups raw cashews

    1 tsp olive oil

    1 tsp pink Himalayan salt or sea salt

    4 sprigs fresh rosemary (zipped from stems and chopped)

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 375°

    Spread cashews on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until toasted

    *Make sure you shake the pan every 5 minutes* This is very important as it is VERY easy to burn these lil guys.


    While the cashews are still warm, transfer to a bowl and add olive oil, salt, and rosemary and toss until coated

    Serve warmish or cool

    Store at room temp for up to a week

    Vicious Variations:

    Sub fresh sage or thyme for a different flavor profile.

    Try alderwood smoked sea salt in place of himalayan. Seriously, amazing.
